Project Description
As part of this project, I designed and implemented a complete control system for a rotating stage. For this purpose, I built a portable control cabinet, equipped with:

LS XBC-DP20SU PLC,

power supply and overcurrent protection,
-
four HARTING industrial connectors (mounted at the back of the cabinet) for connecting four independent servo drives (servo amplifier + motor),
-
KINCO HMI panel (connected from the front).
The PLC was configured to generate HIGH SPEED OUTPUT signals directly controlling the servo amplifiers. Communication between the PLC and the HMI panel was established via RS232 interface.
In addition, I developed and implemented the software for both the PLC and the HMI panel, providing full control and an intuitive user interface for the entire system.
The project was finalized with on-site installation, wiring, and commissioning, ensuring full functionality and readiness for operation.
