Control Cabinet for Wax-Filling Machine

Designed and built a control cabinet for a candle wax-filling machine, including HMI programming.

Key Features:

• Control of heating elements via 2× solid-state relays

• Conveyor belt driven by a 2.2 kW inverter

• HMI programming for operator interface and process control

Communication:

• Inverter ↔ PLC: Modbus RTU

• PLC ↔ HMI: Modbus TCP/IP

Installed at the customer’s site. The machine head was controlled by a stepper motor and monitored using two resistive temperature sensors.
